I very rarely have any trouble with the Compatible Cartridges. My supplier for these cartridges are ISO 9001 certified. That is a world wide recognized quality assurance program. Occasionally, the remanufactured cartridges may have trouble printing. This is a problem that NO ONE nor any other company can avoid. That is why they are such a good deal. Most of the time, they work extremely well. The remanufactured cartridges that I sell have only been used one time. Then my supplier will clean, refill, test and repackage them. I do stand behind them 100%. If you are not satisfied with it's performance, I will be happy to give you a refund. If you get a defective cartridge, just email me and I will contact my supplier.
