About M.G.M. Products - Cartridgehq......
CartridgeHQ is a part time, home based business that is run by me. Who am I? I am Mitch Compton. I bought the CartridgeHQ business from my sister in 1999. She started it several years earlier, but got too busy with her other on line site (www.totallycatholic.com). I feel I am one of the few companies left that still believe that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. If you are dissatisfied with my service, I will gladly give you a replacement or refund. I try hard to provide great customer service. Since this is a part time business, I am not available via phone too often, and the best way to contact me is via email (sales11@cartridgehq.com). I check it several times daily. My wife and kids try to help me occasionally, but mostly, it's just me. I take your order all the way from start to finish.
