CartridgeHQ Laser Toner and Inkjet FAQ
1. Will using a remanufactured toner or inkjet cartridge void my printer's warranty?
No, Federal law prohibits any company or person from requiring you to purchase their OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product. The Federal Trade Commission protects your rights as a consumer to purchase the product or service of your choice. The Magnusson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act, Subparagraph C, Section 101, states this consumer protection law.
2. How do the Laser Toner cartridges compare to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges?
There is no noticeable difference in cartridge print quality or page yield. Each remanufactured cartridge goes through a comprehensive process including disassembly, cleaning, filling, component replacement and quality testing. The cartridges are 100% post-tested to ensure that you receive the highest-quality cartridge.
3. Will I get the same number of printed pages from a recycled Laser Toner cartridge from CartridgeHQ as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridge?
Yes. The supplier I use for recycled Laser Toner cartridges has invested extensive time and money in Research & Development to ensure that a comparative page count is achieved on each cartridge.
4. What should I do with my empty cartridge?
I do not buy back used cartridges, but if you would like to dispose of your empty inkjet and/or toner cartridges in an environmentally friendly manner, you may ship them to me at the following address:

4747 Monrovia St.
Shawnee, KS. 66216
5. What is the shelf life of your cartridges?
The cartridge's shelf life is the same as the Original Equipment Manufacturer, 12 months from the time you purchase them. Properly stored (kept in original packaging in a cool and dry location), cartridges may last longer.
6. What should I do if I actually have a defective cartridge that I need to return?
The best way is to email me at sales11@cartridgehq.com and let me know the order number and the problem you are experiencing. Depending on the cartridge and the problem, a return tag may be required from my supplier to return the defective cartridge and a new cartridge will be shipped.
